I am newly diagnosed with Stage IV multifocal RIGHT breast invasive ductal carcinoma, clinical stage IIb, T2N1, ER/PR + 95%, Her2 neg. MBC ER+ bone only (Metastatic bone cancer estrogen receptor). I am currently taking Letrozole 2.5 MG tablet once a day and having Zoledronic Acid infusions every 4 weeks. So far my breast tumor has reduced in size from 9cm to 7 ½ cm. Anyone else like me and what happens if the tumor completely goes away?
