Breast Inplant?

Hello, I am a IDC Survivor here. I had a Diep Flap done only on my left breast in 2006. I hate it. The scars are just awful. I was just wondering if I could ever have an inplant put in there? Are they able to do this? And, what about the scarring? Would it be any worse or better?
