Post-chemotherapy issues

I was diagnosed February 19th with an IDC, estrogen + and HER2 +.  Had surgery in March followed by six rounds of Taxotere and Carboplatin, and a year of Herceptin.  I am now taking Tamoxifen and have been told that I should take it for the next four years (I've been taking it for a year now).  I lost my nails and hair, to include my eyebrows, which still haven't grown back.  Anyway, I'm experiencing a lot of issues post chemotherapy, but I'll just focus on a little at a time.  Please offer suggestions if you have any.

1)  I have no eyebrows.  Will they grow back?  Is there something proven that I could use to help them grow back?
2)  I now have blepharitis.  The ophthalmologist says it's likely due to the chemotherapy knocking out the oil-secreting glands in my eyes.  I just can't seem to wear eye makeup without looking like Darth Maul.  Seriously, my eyeballs turn bloodshot.  I use Restasis twice a day and Culluvisc and Systane throughout the day.  I guess this issue brings about a two-part question:  Anything else I can do about the blepharitis and is there a makeup that is paraben free that isn't going to exacerbate blepharitis?
3)  I'm looking for a laundry detergent that is paraben free.  The reason I'm looking for things that are paraben free is because my research has told me that parabens cause the body to produce estrogen, which is what my cancer was made of, so I've been told to try to stay away from it.

Thank you in advance!

I had the eye problem during chemo. Derma gave me an ointment to put in, cleared right up. I don't wear makeup, so no help there. My hair lashes and brows came back s l o w l y after Taxotere.

As for parabens, read the labels on everything

Hi, Spookiesmom, thanks for the response.  I'm a year and a half after my last chemotherapy treatment and I'm still almost bald in the eyebrow area.  How long did it take yours?

I'd say at least 6 months. I'm 2 years out and brows aren't where they were.

well I ate anything I could during chemo and packed on 35 pounds- we call it my chemo baby- I'm 4 wks out on chemo and just began radiation. Every time my brows start to grown in the fall out again. I'm still having horrendous night hot flashes and insomnia. Even with fatigue from rad now I'm still up and I have 4 large dogs that each get good walks 4x a day as well as being active overall- dang BC.
