MRM after 4th round of TAC

Hello ladies. 

Had my 4th round of TAC on 16th oct 2014. After third round of TAC my oncologist asked me to have a surgery so that I get a break from chemo. (Had to be hospitalized on every round due to low WBC). 

I wasn't ready for MRM (modified radical mastectomy). So my oncologist gave 4th Tac. Now I think I should have the surgery. The fear of surgery is getting on my nerves. I want to get it over with. 

My question is can I have surgery after 4th round and then have the remaining two rounds of TAC?
