Surgery coming- nervous

I am so scared this week- feels like it's all hitting me at once.  I have surgery on the 19th (double mas) & I have a cluster of lymphs under my arm that was found (all lymphs are skinny & not suspicious they said- not that it mean it's not in there) on an u/s- they said they don't know what it is but everything I read is saying that it means it has spread to the lymphs.  Did any of you have lumps under your arms at all???
