NBN Positive?

My gene test came back positive for the NBN gene which the genetic counselor said was a pathogenic variant of unknown significance. I'm reading that it increased a risk of breast cancer two-fold. Anyone else know anything? Wondering if treatment changes? Wondering if it is associated with ovarian cancer.
