Accuboost radiation

My surgeon gave me options for radiation therpy and I chose AccuBoost because it allowed me to complete 6 weeks of rads in just one week.

 I had to go twice a day for 30 min sessions each visit.  I took a week off work to get it over with - radiation vacation! Anyhoo, I am wondering what others have thought of this type rad therpy and if you liked it. THere was some discomfort during the rad session but it was a small price to pay in order to get it all over with in one week. Each session required me to sit in a chair and my breast was compress horizontaly for 15 min and verticly 15 min (sp) with rads being administered in each position. Needless to say, my breast was very sore at the end but it was done!
