Chiropractor while on chemo

just curious if anyone is seeing a chiro while on chemo?

I've had persistent upper back pain and want an adjustment. I've already seen my GP/onc about the pain. They think muscle related.

I'm wondering if anyone has had a chiro refuse treatment while on chemo? I have a PICC line in for chemo, don't think they would refuse me because of that?

I did see a chiropractor during chemo.  And what a blessing.  After 4 rounds of A/C and 2 Taxol, I ended up in the ER with severe neck and back pain.  They ran every test they could and found nothing.  I was desperate for help.  My oncologist wanted me to see a neurologist; my GP wanted to give me a nerve blocking shot AND I just wanted relief without another doctor or more meds.  My chiropractor was great.  He adjusted me, gave me stretching exercises, and I would get a 10 minute massage each time.  I got good results.  I continued with him through my remaining 2 chemo treatments.  Wishing you good health! :)

yes I have had regular chiropractic adjustments all through the chemo and radiation . Since I have a port I don't get neck adjustments with rotation! I don't know how I could have done last year without :)
