Mastectomy with reconstruction after rads?

I had a lumpectomy in May and have 5 weeks of chemo to go! I start rads in 8 weeks. I am seriously considering a mastectomy with implants when I'm done. Does anyone have experience with this? I only really see info about chemo, surgery then rads. Thanks!
