Bloated stomach and PFC

Last chemo was 6/16/14 and I've noticed since then my stomach is bloated. It is the top of my tummy that is sticking out and at times I look pregnant. I know bloating can happen during chemo, but this seems to have started after chemo ended. Has anyone dealt with this? It could be completely unrelated I know. Sometimes my stomach hurts and the bloating is worse. The other night I had some sort of "attack" and I literally had to unbutton my pants my stomach was so swollen feeling.
Is this a chemo thing??
