Anyone had pedicle flap, no muscle just skin, from back?

I'm seeking info or opinions on having a pedicle flap to fill in a divet in my breast reconstruction, BUT with no muscle displaced, just a top layer of skin from my back. Anyone have this? I had a lot of issues with my implants, finally replaced with fat grafting, and have had a lot of pain and instability issues with my arm, including mild lymphedema. Things are finally getting better with weight lifting. I'm very athletic and feel like I've turned the corner and am getting my strength back, and I'm nervous about any procedure that might cause me more problems. PS assures me that this procedure is not a traditional flap since it uses no muscles. I cannot have microsurgery because of clotting issues, so I need the blood supply of a pedicle. Opinions, experiences? Thanks.
