Abnormal Periods After Chemo

Hey all,

I am two years post chemo and my periods have been back for about 14 months now  - they are pretty irregular but always have been... Anyway, since their return I have had breakthrough bleeding very often throughout most cycles. I can also "feel" when I ovulate. Both things never happened prior to chemo. I went 10 months ago and had my ovaries scanned after I had a couple of cycles where I was having the weird "ovulation pain" (weird for me). This was prior to any mid-cycle bleeding - The results of the ultrasound were fine.  Am I just being over anxious or would you go back and have another ultrasound now that I have this fairly regular spotting/breakthrough bleeding/mid cycle bleeding?
