Side effects ever stop????

It's been two years and the side effects just keep coming, had an iron infusion two weeks ago and still just as tired. Thought I had a UTI but now they say there is a trace of blood in urine and I have biliruben in my urine? Primary doctor can't see me till Monday and my mind is just going insane...just need to vent so thanks for being here for me!!!
