Electronic Medical Records Idiocy

So, I have had no appointments in a while. I get an email that a message has been posted to my chart & to log in to read it. Log in. No messages...Email back. Here's what it said the message number is, but it didn't post. Get an email back. We're sorry, we have no access to medical information, please call 911 if this is an emergency, or you can call a nurses line...Email back, I'm not asking you to look at medical info. This is a TECH Support issue. You say a doctor posted a message but it is not in the chart. Do they have any idea how I would guess who & why the might be contacting me??? Let's see...gyn onc, surgical onc, breast center, breast surgeon,  internal medicine, radiology, GI, interventional medicine, genetics...I mean, I only had about 100 visits & procedures in a couple of years...
