Tight Tops Uncomfortable After Reconstruction

Hi there. I like to wear camisole tank tops. I recently switched to all cotton as spandex tops were causing redness (contact dermatitis).
Has anyone else felt boob tightness or pressure while wearing a tighter garment? Has it eventually gone away? Oddly, it seems to strike one boob or the other. I'm not quite three weeks out from my last surgery. Is it just a recovery issue that will go away with more time?
