TNBC Support Group: Brooklyn or NYC

Hi! I am interested in joining a triple-negative (or general breast cancer) support group in Brooklyn or NYC. Does anyone know of one that is active?
I am 20 months out from stage 1/2 ( up to 2 cm with no node involvement) diagnosis, having had ACT followed by double mastectomy and DIEP reconstruction.
Looking for support among others in similar situation with the opportunity to meet in person.
