Question about stress? Forgive me if this is wrong spot for this

Hi ladies, does anyone know if chronic stress will alter blood test results? I've been having some questionable issues and I was going to ask my PCP to at least do some blood work to see if anything shows up that is questionable. I see my Onc in three weeks but he always says we don't scan or do blood tests for tumor markers unless there are significant symptoms. Well the stuff I'm having is off and on but I am sick and tired of crying every day thinking the absolute worse!! I know I just need to live my life but I just haven't learned to trust my body again. I also know not to borrow trouble but I'm struggling. Anyway I know my doctor told me stress can alter CBC tests but didn't know if it altered things like liver enzymes and calcium levels, tumor markers, etc.? If anyone has any info before I can see my doctor,  I'd be most grateful. Thanks in advance!
