ILC & LCIS both in biopsy?

has anyone else had this as a result in their biopsy?

    I'm sure a lot of women with ILC have LCIS. It is just lower on the spectrum of abnormal cells. It would be kind of like having IDC and DCIS together. Happens all the time.

    Yup

    they treat the ILC--- I had a lumpectomy, treatment, etc.   I think they really don't consider LCIS cancer as much as they consider it a risk factor.... 

    I think lots of people have both, but the ILC is what drives treatment...

    Oh, yes, I had both.  And a little DCIS for good measure.  All in the same tumor.  I'd like to know who was the chef for that.
