Petition to Publish All Clinical Trial Results

Greetings,

I hope you do not mind me visiting for a minute, as I'm a member of the Stage IV forum.  One of the recommendations I've made about breast cancer research is to ensure that the results of all cancer-related studies are published in scientific journals.  If scientists continue to reinvent the wheel by conducting the same research multiple times because they remain unaware of previous findings, progress against breast cancer and other diseases will continue at a snail's pace.  Not to mention the enormous waste of funds.

Currently, the results of as many as 29% of clinical research remain unpublished, as per http://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/2013-10/uonc-rfm102913.php

Below is a petition to register and publish the results from 100% of clinical trials.
