Apprehensive
This might be a who cares but for some reason I do. Friday is my last day of work (laid off retiring) and my boss wants to do a close out performance management review. I am actually concerned it will be negative, since as of late I have been exhausted at work.
I really don't want my 34 years at the Boeing to end on a sour notes. She has been very terrible to me since I started with her in May of this year.
How should I respond if she starts to put negative information on my report?
I am never coming back so logically it doesn't matter it is a psychological thing for me.

My co-worker are giving me advise, I will be allowed to respond to each negative comment. I'll leave it at that.

good luck, I understand your concern, you have a solid reputation and should not be critized for a health issue,
I stopped working a year ago after over 20 plus years with same company, I really could not keep up with commuting and all the stress. Dealt with some health issues and feeling much better now
good luck to you, retirement is an exciting time!

I would add that you have felt a " hostile work environment" since she started....if this happens. Do not cry....thus gives her power. Ask where any complaints are that are documented and that you feel she does not like you personally. ....and as you said, write down against each thing she says...
But, maybe it is a surprise Party!

Meow, only a complete jerk of a boss would "kick you in the junk" on your way out the door. Surely she has had enough management training at Boeing to understand that! Most companies of that size train their managers to avoid potential legal issues. You are a female, maybe over 55 (?), and have a disability. Surely she knows you are in a protected group. If she starts to give you a negative performance review, you should politely say....."Ms Jerk, I need to stop you right here for your own protection. Please understand that I am in a protected employee group on many levels and you are not properly protecting your employer with this behavior." Then say, "I'm sure there are papers I need to sign so let's take care of that and end this meeting". Exit interviews are normally for you to give feedback on the company and your management....not for getting feedback on your performance. Your supervisor is probably more nervous than you!

Hi MsPharoah,
Thanks for making me laugh. My co-workers have been very supportive. Unfortunately this woman is nuts. She got upset with me for using a vacation day to go to mammogram appointment. I simply explained to her that I was out of sick leave and the appointment was in the middle of the day and given my history I was really nervous. She said nothing but ok I guess.
She did leave me a message that our meeting won't last long. Thank God.
