Look for reputable online store for swim suit

I need to buy a swim suit, any recommendation on reputable online store to buy this kind of stuff?Thx.
-
Lands End has very good mastectomy swim suit selections.
-
Metromedicalonline is a good one too. I have bought lots from them including swimwear.
-
Lands'End is a reputable online store that carries mastectomy suits in addition to their regular items. You can select the mastectomy version in the cup size drop down. I have not purchased any suits from them, but have purchased other items. I have linked the pages with mastectomy suits - and they are on sale right now. It looks like they normally stock more but it is the end of the season.

Also, if you have a Nordstrom near you they will sew a pocket in any bathing suit for a form, free of charge.

lands end. I got so many compliments!!
-
Thank you all!! I will go to those two online stores you recommended and I am sure I will get something fit for me:)))
-
SpecialK, thanks a lot for the detailed instruction, I am able to find the mastectomy suit by selecting "mastectomy" beside the cup size. The remaining styles for this year are not quite good. I also heard Nordstrom had such kind of services, I plan to buy a swimsuit there next summer and let them sew a pocket for me. I was told if the swim suit is bought in their store, it is free of charge, but you could also buy a swim suit from another place, it will cost $20 for them to sew a pocket for 20 dollars. Good to know that

Ariom, it looks like our situation is almost the same, mine is DCIS, 1cm, Stage 0, Grade 3, 0/5 nodes. I am wondering if you are taking tamoxifen? Btw, Metromedicalonline is good, I am going to order something from this store to have a try, hope they also have good return policy.
-
blueice - do you sew? If you do this link will help you to sew in your own pocket:
-
SpecialK, thx for forwarding the short video, very helpful, I may want to have a try when I find a regular swim suit that I like next year. I don't know how to sew by a machine, but I guess I can try to do it by hand
) I am sure it will be ugly, but sowhat, it is inside, no one will notice the bad sewing as long as the pocket can be made for holding the prosthesis nicely and firmly
)) -
blue - another alternative might be to show the video to a seamstress and have it done for you.
-
I have bought swimsuits from lands end, no problems at all and I beat the crud out of them in the chlorine pools! I did not need a mastectomy version but as a seamstress, adding the pocket will be easy, if you lived in Nj, I would do it for you!

Here's another suggestion:
They are a UK company but they will ship to North America, and they're quite reasonable.
If any readers are in the UK, they do have stores you can visit, for an excellent fitting service, in London, Chichester, and somewhere further north, I forget!
I like their weighted foam prosthesis; much more comfortable than the silicon one I got in Canada, and I have twice been to the Chichester store when visiting the UK ....
-
I haven't yet ordered a mastectomy suit, but I've had several Lands' End regular suits, and have been very happy with them. They are well-made and last forever (if I could figure out how to use the ones I have now, I would!).
-
hello, J C Penney also has swim suits for mast customers i,ve gotten a couple. msphil(idc, stage 2, 0/3 nodes, L mast, chemo and rads and 5 yrs on tamoxifen)
