Implant Change - Unilateral Symmetry

I had a unilateral left  side  mastectomy last year  in Sept.  with a teardrop gummy bear implant 12/31 that is  too high & too hard  & even though we did a  lift on the right side the symmetry isn't  good. We  are discussing switching to a round silicone  & maybe augmentation on the right.  PS recommends implant  switch first & augmentation next year if needed & possible future fat injections. I'm wondering how others have handled this & what advice you would give. Also, is it norm or ok to ask  for a financial  reduction this surgery because first wasn't satisfactory?
