2 1/2 weeks post op from exchange surgery and question

I had a lat flap on the left cancerous side and a prophylactic on the right. I loved the size of the tissue expanders but the implants are much smaller. Also my lat side is cone shaped and the right side is flat and wide. I know it's early yet but I'm so concerned about the difference in the shape of each breast.
