So my "other" DO, mentioned this to me today.

It is really designed to treat other conditions through the lymph system, not lymphedema per se.

From what I saw it is sort of a vibrating/bouncing adjustment, which is similar to what DO #1 suggested.

He did a few of the moves when I went in for my back and it certainly didn't do me any harm, but I am not necessarily endorsing it.
