Worried about liver mets

Hi,

I am new to the group. I am 36 and just diagnosed with high-grade invasive ductal carcinoma in my left breast. All my test results came back fine except for the cat scan of my abdomen which showed three lesions on my liver that do not have benign characteristics. I have to go in for an MRI tomorrow for that. I'm afraid that the cancer has spread already. Two lymphnodes were positive. Does anyone have experience with liver mets? What I read on the Internet was not very positive  I stRt my chemo next week. I don't have any symptoms of liver mets  thanks

    I don't have any information or advice except to say I'm in the same boat right now. Started TC chemo Oct 2 and found out that day the results of an earlier CT showed a liver lesion and two slightly spiculated lung lesions. I'm now awaiting results of an MRI to tell us more about the liver and will be having a repeat CT on the lungs in another week or two. I'm scared and hate the waiting.
