has anyone had implant replaced after Rads?

I had the exchange on right side before Radiation. Still looks good but the PS that's doing my nipple recon thinks i should replace the implant with a slightly larger one. I am hesitant to mess with that side again...but then i wonder if a "fresh" implant would be a good idea? or would it screw up all the healing that has taken place since February... i will be asking the PS but was wondering if anyone has had this done. Pros? Cons?
