Blood Thinning Medication while on Tamoxifen

Hi
One of the major SEs of Tamoxifen is clots. Has anyone been prescribed a blood thinning medication while she's on Tam? My doctor did not prescribe anything else. Please let me know.

I think the usual protocol is a daily low dose aspirin. I'm surprised your Dr didn't say anything. Can you check with them? GG

Yes, 81mg aspirin a day. But some doctors tell to take one baby aspirin every other day.
