ALH multiple biopsies

I keep hearing people with ALH talk about having multiple biopsies. Why is this? I have ALH and none of the doctors ever mentioned a lifetime of biopsies. Is this normal for ALH?

I have LCIS, but unless you have breast changes (just like anyone else who has breast changes) you don't have to have constant biopsies. ALH is not even (statistically speaking) that high a percentage risk increase.
