Tram flap reconstruction and lattismus dorsal back flap

Hi, Is there anyone who has had a tram flap reconstruction on left breast and next week I'm having a preventive mastectomy using lattismus dorsal back muscle and am having an adjustable implant. I'm keen to hear from you. I had breast cancer at 29 and now my mother is dying from secondary breast cancer I have decided to be pro active and reduce risks of any reaccurance.
