pain and discomfort after 2nd surgery

hi, Feb 2014 was diagnosed with dcis.. had masectomy in right breast April 25 with tissue expander, received about 10 fills( i was a size 38C bra) so last friday I had tissue expander removed and an implant inserted and a lift on my left breast, and some lipo on the sides.  the first few days felt like i was hit by a truck, better today, but feels like alot of pressure and when i removed the compression bra, that im supposed to wear for 1 month, it felt like my breasts were falling off my body, a very weird sensation, kinda hard to explain...and also my breasts look so small.almost like a B cup(very flat)..just wondering if anyone else has the same feeling/pain.. especially when im up and walking and doing things..just feels like metal wrapped around my breasts holding them up
