Upper back pain related???

Hi all

I have had two rounds of A&C now. 

Yesterday I noticed pain in my upper back, between my shoulder blade and spine on the right side. It isn't constant, comes and goes like spasms when I move.

I have been using Advil, heat and stretching. But it's not improving.

Is this something I should call my oncologist about?

I really haven't done anything stressful, so I don't know how this happened! Could otbe related to the IDC or the chemo? My picc line is on that side ..
