ARIMIDEX AND DIARRHEA?

I was wondering if anyone has experienced terrible cramps and diarrhea? I've been taking A.I. now for 7 months and started getting terrible

diarrhea and cramps. I know I've read it can be one of the side effects but haven't found anything on this site about it. Maybe I just haven't come

across it yet.  It started happening on and off for the last month. I'm not bothered too much by constipation but this side effect along with all the

other ones I'm having is really making me feel sick. I don't want to give up on the drug yet???
