I had a local recurrence 2 years ago. Since then I've had a divorce, a nervous breakdown, and got laid off from my job. I'm finally getting some interviews and now , bam, another lump. This is in the same breast but not in the same place. It's over scar tissue from my axillary node dissection. I saw my oncologist who said he couldn't be sure of anything and referred me to the breast surgeon for what will probably be a biopsy. 

Has anyone had anything like this, a new lump in the same breast but not the same place? Is this still a local recurrence or something worse? Does it sound like a lymph node or a tumor?

you have been through a lot.  I'm sorry for the new lump....no experience, just empathy.  Maybe it's necrosis?..... Big hugs.
