CKD-III patient with Breast Cancer

Hi

My mother(age 55) has detected Breast cancer before 8  month it was on 2nd stage, and HER2 postive, during this process we came to know that she has cronical kidney disease, she has just finish her 8 cycles of chemo therapy and no doctor started Hercptin for 1 Year. but i have on question please guide me regarding this, my mothers Creatinine level always above normal level it is between 1.7 to 2. Doctor has given two doses of herceptin upto now and last time here creatinine was 1.89. now at time time of herceptin her creatine level is 1.79. but doctor saying that we can not give herceptin now we have to get it down. so any body guide me what should be level of Creatinine level of ckd-3 patient for herceptin.
