Strange feeling in upper chest when I take deep breaths?

This is such a strange question I almost hate to post it. I have a tissue expander on the right which is now 50cc past full. Recently, I noticed that when I breath deeply, I have this feeling of discomfort near my neck (it feels like pleurisy that I had as a kid, only not as extreme). Anyone think this is the TE?
I just had a pet/ct so I can't imagine it's anything else.
