Stinging skin on tamoxifen?

About 6 months in, I've stopped having "hot flashes" where I feel warm (or boiling!) and flushed all over followed by chills, but I do still have this really weird, hard to explain skin sensation that feels like a thousand little burny/itchy stings all over my back and trunk if I get warm (like if I take more than a lukewarm shower or if I'm outside and it's hotter than about 75.). It goes away as soon as I cool off, but while it's going on it's so uncomfortable I literally want to crawl out of my skin.  I am really hoping it goes away with time!  Anyone else had this as a side effect?  Is it just another type of hot flash?  Has it gone away?  Did you find anything that helped?  Thanks!
