TUMOR MARKER QUESTION - AIM FOR ZERO-ZERO?

I know how these are regarded as unreliable by some oncologists and how they can be affected by other health conditions but I saw this article and wondered if now there is more to them than we thought?

    Lily, it's possible marker tests for multiple myeloma might be more accurate than those for bc.  And the scale might be different too, since I don't think I've ever heard of aiming for 00 TMs with bc.      Deanna
