Support Groups or getting together in the Boston Area

I just recently finished cancer treatment and have been hoping to find a support group or group of women who have gone through a similar experience. I am 37 and have 2 young boys.  Going through treatment seems like the easy part to me. It's the time after it's done that has been a little hard. I live in Chelmsford.
