Breast pain years after surgery?

Hi Ladies!

Has anyone here experienced pain years after Diep surgery?

I had double mastectomy almost two years ago with immediate DIEP recon.  In the last few months I have noticed tightness and slight pain in the recon breast when I cough.  Lately the pain has become more constant.  It's a medium dull like achy pain.  Iam calling my surgeon but wandered if this is common?
