Anyone choose saline implants?

I am planning on having a nipple sparing PBMX.   I have been dealing with autoimmune issues without a definitive diagnosis.  I met with a top rheumatology specialist today and he recommended choosing saline over silicone implants.  I am worried about the aesthetics of saline vs silicone.  Have any of you opted for saline and are you happy with the results?  My PS does a lot of followup fat grafting...so I'm curious if this would also help achieve a better outcome.  Thanks!

Hi Marie. I opted for saline implants after my bmx surgery and have to say that they look so good even my obgyn did not realize they were implants!! LOL .I had nipple and skin sparing surgery and honestly look like myself pre-BC except for a white line (scar).

I know a lot of women choose silicone but I have been very happy with my saline.

    Wishing you the best.

I recently read a forum started by women who are plus size and hoping for bigger implants.  Several mentioned they had saline instead of silicon and really like the result.  Make sure you ask your PS a lot of questions and do your research.  It sounds as if saline is a viable option for several women.
