ok I was diagnosed with idc, back in May. Stage 1c  Age 34, grade 2, we pos, node neg. Most info is down in my siggy. My tumor was 1.7cm and the biopsy said her2 neg but the final part said equivocal. I had evidence of lvi.  He didn't want to do the onco dx but I persuaded him to. In the meantime I started chemo. AC x 4 , then taxol x 12 weekly, then herceptin every 3 weeks followed by tamoxifen.  I am having my 3rd ac today. 

Well I got the onco back. Score is 9. So that would suggest I don't need chemo and just 5 years of tamoxifen. I was also her2 neg. He said I had t here options.  Stop after three, finish the 4 AC treatments, or continue on planned route minus the herceptin med.  All followed by the pills for 5 years.  He was using the adjuvant online program. And said that the onco didn't account for the presence of lvi.  All he said was there was a presence. It's either noted as present or absent on it. He'd recommend finishing the ac and the pills. But couldn't say for sure because of the lack of studies.

I did have the whole boob cut off and don't need radiation either and don't carry the BC gene. 

So ladies input? Help?
