    Has anyone had WLS AFTER a breast cancer diagnosis.  I have gained over 130 pounds since diagnosis and am morbidly obese.  I am concerned about the estrogen in my fat that will be released with the weight loss.  I feel the surgery outweighs the risk and that ultimately my overall health will greatly improve with the WLS.  I am on Tamoxifen.  Thanks for your thoughts!  Emily
