It's about my mother, she has been diagnosed with breast cancer in November 2012. The cancer was in the initial stage, the node was removed and she got "only" radiotherapy. Now she had in February a painful "bump" between the index finger and metacarpal bones. No doctor could tell us anything about it, until a CT was done. Now, it was found that she had cysts in the bone.
My mother has a photodynamic laser therapy at the Center "erweiterte medizin" in Frankfurt decided. Two months she was there in therapy. Now the cyst is not to be found in her hand now.
We are very surprised and happy that photodynamic therapy worked so well.

I too had photodynamic therapy but with the sono version in the UK........I think that helped me a lot and I regret having radiotherapy

Hi Lily, I see that you have a similar diagnosis as me. Can you explain to me how the photodynamic therapy was used (which part of the body, etc). and to what purpose? Thank you.

photodynamic therapy all over body to kill stray cells (naked in a machine) with the sonic part of treatment focusing on chest area and pelvic area as areas most likely to metastasize.  In me it also stimulated an increase in body temperature as I was always below normal prior to then, now have normal body temp and get a fever when sick.  Treatment was every day for a week then a week off then every day for another week.............was exhausted at first but after second week I felt really great..........there is very good anecdotal evidence for this based on real women case studies but no clinical trial as such......
