Complications expander/reconstruction

hello-

i had double mastectomy and there have been lots of complications. first it was an expander that was tilted so that the right breast was higher and smaller than left. then i had a reconstruction and my right breast has dropped (to say the least) and doesn't feel fixed, had a seroma. it is about 20% bigger and lower than left. the left seems fixed but higher and tighter with no seroma. i am about 2 months out and still cannot to yoga or other desired sports. does anyone have any insight. i would love matching breasts.
