Microcalcifications Near Chest Wall...

Hi Ladies, I'm new and was just recently dx in 7/15/14 with DCIS, 2.5cm & .9cm, Grade 3.  After lumpectomies, I was all set to go to 7 weeks of radiation, but last week's mammo showed (3) new microcals near chest wall.  I'm scheduled for core biopsy this Thursday, if B9 I continue to rads, but if not, I'm scheduled for mastectomy w/SNB on 9/19/14.  My question is, has anyone here had microcals near chest wall?  If so, what were your results?  I'd rather know what I'm in for than be blindsided.  I'm not too crazy about my BS (she's quick to do surgeries which I appreciate that part, but lacking in communicating, more of a minimalist...(which leaves me to do all my research on the internet).  I know they can be B9, but the way things have been going.....Many thanks in advance.  PS.  So glad I found this group, it's been a wealth of information and support already. :0)
