ca15-3 surge after 2 AC treatments-is treatment not working?

Hi, I have had 2 AC treatments so far. Prior to treatment, my ca15-3 was at 32. Now it's at 38. Can't find much on internet about surges after treatment except that treatment is not working.
Has anyone experienced this or know anything about this?
Any info...much appreciated
