Fat necrosis

Hi,
I had a Breast reduction to reduce cancer risk (long story). My right breast is now full of fat necrosis which I would like to see removed. Does anyone have any ideas how it could be re-constructed WITHOUT touching left breast which is fine? Has anyone experienced the same thing. I'm open to your suggestions and idea.
