This sounds truly amazing.  I'm looking at it though, wondering how it works.  I googled a bit but couldn't find anything. Is this device attached to a dialysis machine? Is it used similar to a blood transfusion? Would love to know more.

leggo - you can certainly contact this company for more information how this process works.  It did mention use in conjunction with a dialysis machine.  Some VERY high-tech filtering on a protein level -- I'm guessing.

Thanks for pointing out the dialysis thing. I must have missed it. This sounds so promising.
