Can Femara reduce risk of new estrogen positive cancer?

There is a lot of information about how Femara, and other AIs, work to reduce the risk of cancer recurrence. I would like to know if there is evidence that these drugs work in the same way to prevent new cancers forming. I think I read here recently a citation of a risk reduction of 45% for new cancers.

Does anyone have any authoritative information about this?

I would think it would work about the same as Aromasin for high risk women does & the reduction is close to 65'%.
