TRAM flap question

I had a tram 18 years ago. Right tram muscle to left breast. No problems. But recently I've put on some weight ... and while reaching up to get something off a shelf a few days ago, it felt like ripping or tearing on the very end of my scar line... Has anyone had this happen? Muscle relaxer and Motrin helped but still very tender. Trying to figure out what the heck I did to myself. Ouch.
